This way latergram like post was taken on Labor Day weekend at the Shiretown Inn & Suites in Houlton, Maine – nearly 400 miles from Downtown Boston and nearly 300 miles north of the NH border at Exit 302 on Interstate 95 (because Maine is like a non traditional state with exit numbers now by the mile, but I noticed the mile markers too.) I was visiting the locale with family to meet with other family.
I don’t know how to describe the region, if it’s the last major town on the northern end of 95 or the closest civility in Arroostook County, because Presqule Isle, is actually another hike from where I was. New Brunswick can be seen literally, so you could imagine live on the Atlantic Time Zone. From what I been told, ICE’s operations to control the border is located in Houlton.
Anyways, here’s a Scitec analog telephone. No different than you see in any other hotel here or anywhere in the States.
