Vertical Networks (now called Vertical) was founded more than 2 decades ago in Massachusetts specialized in hybrid telephony equipment. The brand also acquired the troubling Comdial and Vodavi mid decade then relocated out wes. The documents here is a mix of Vertical's own equipment plus legacy documents of Comdial and Vodavi. As a fun fact for residential telephone users of the 1970s... It should be noted that Comdial was an offshoot of Stromberg Carlson, of which S-C acquired American Telecommunications Comopany, if ATC rings a bell (no pun), they were the ones that actually made the Mickey Mouse and Snoopy telephones. And even the Bell System that marketed this, knew it wsan't theirs.
